Complete I.T. integrates Techgate’s cloud-based solutions to benefit from opportunities across any vertical

Complete I.T. was established over 20 years ago and was one of Techgate’s first solution partners.

The company provides IT support to over 365 clients with their extensive expertise and broad experience. Their team consists of friendly, approachable and knowledgeable engineers who work across its 7 offices in the UK.

The cooperation between the two companies started when cloud backup was still known as “online disk-based offsite backup” and since then both companies grew constantly evolving their skill-set and expanding their offer.

Currently, Complete I.T. is backing up terabytes of data for its many clients to Techgate’s high-end backup storage platforms and included the MSP’s hosted solutions, such as production, collaboration, Disaster Recovery and connectivity services to their portfolio.

Our solution partner was able to evolve through the years into and an end-to-end technology provider of the “cloud-era”. The partnership enabled them to gain necessary experience and develop the right skills to integrate their IT support, solutions and Professional Services offerings, with our infrastructure service.

Currently they are able to approach opportunities with even the most complicated requirements set and ensure recurring revenues and additional growth for their business.

Colin Blumenthal, Managing Director at CIT explains: “One of the basic principles that Complete I.T.’s culture and market strategy is based on; is its down-to-earth, honest approach and Techgate’s view with regard to managed services and cloud computing is the same”

“All the services are hosted in Techgate’s wholly-owned, UK-based Data Centres and network and this gives us the confidence that there will be the highest levels of security, management and support for each of our clients’ solutions.”
