Thu 11 Apr 2024

Softchoice and Microsoft have entered into a strategic partnership framework agreement to strengthen Softchoice’s capabilities in developing, selling, and delivering Microsoft’s cloud and digital workplace AI and security solutions.

This collaboration aims to expedite organisations’ secure AI journeys, following Softchoice’s establishment of its AI Solutions team in 2024.

Softchoice’s partnership with Microsoft is geared towards advancing the deployment of Microsoft’s cloud and digital workplace AI and security solutions, including Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot for Security.

President and CEO at Softchoice, Andrew Caprara, expressed his enthusiasm for the potential of the partnership to progress faster on their AI journey and ‘deliver better outcomes to their stakeholders’.

Softchoise said its use of Copilot for Microsoft 365 internally has provided insights and best practices to position the company as a resource in AI adoption for its users. Internal data indicated notable reductions in time spent on various tasks, demonstrating the benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365 across diverse use cases.

Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales at Microsoft, David Smith, stressed the importance of the partnership.

“Microsoft Copilot is a significant tool for partners like Softchoice. Our priority is to ensure Copilot activation has a Zero Trust Data Security Plan in place to deliver meaningful outcomes for users,” said Smith.

Softchoice has played a role in driving user adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 through modern consumption programmes like CSP and innovative implementation programs like Copilot for Microsoft 365 planning workshops.
