Schneider Electric appoints Mark Yeeles as new VP for Secure Power Division
Press Release by Schneider Electric Thu 16 Mar 2023

Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Mark Yeeles as the new Vice President for its Secure Power Division in the UK and Ireland.
This is a lateral movement for Yeeles, as he previously worked in Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business dealing with robotics and process automation solutions.
“I am honoured to have been appointed the new VP for the Secure Power division in the UK and Ireland, and look forward to working with our customers to solve their challenges in the wake of the energy crisis,” said Yeeles.
From April 2023, Yeeles will work with Schneider Electric’s data centre customers, end-users and IT channel partners to address sustainability, efficiency, energy security, and resilience.
In delivering the company’s Electricity 4.0 vision to lower carbon emissions and energy consumption, Yeeles believes that harnessing the power of software and digitalisation will bring new efficiencies and waste reduction.
Making a Mark (or Marc)
Back in January 2023, Schneider Electric appointed 17-year veteran of the company, Marc Garner, as its Senior Vice President of its Secure Power Division.
“I’m delighted to name Mark Yeeles my successor for the UK and Ireland, and believe both his appointment and his customer-first approach will be essential as we continue to grow our engagement and relationships with owners, operators, and partners across this mission-critical sector,” said Garner.
Yeeles joined Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business in 2015 and worked his way up to become VP of the division in January 2021. He is an advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion, as well as encouraging more young people to pursue careers in STEM.
Schneider Electric is yet to announce a new VP for Industrial Automation in the UK and Ireland.
