Over the past three years, Ridge has experienced considerable growth, with its workforce increasing from 500 to 1,100 and fee income rising from £55 million in 2020 to a projected £110 million in 2023.

In the commercial sector, the company has maintained relationships with clients including JPMorgan and Nuveen.

The acquisition, which involved 100% purchase of Concert and its subsidiaries, was completed on 3 November 2023. Concert will continue to operate under its current brand, with a phased integration into Ridge’s structure planned for 2024.
