Technology for Marketing and eCommerce Expo have announced the event ‘AI in Marketing Masterclass’ aimed at transforming the retail industry through artificial intelligence (AI).

Hosted at the Chelsea Football Club in London on 25 April, this exclusive event is tailored for business leaders and marketing professionals from retail, direct-to-consumer (D2C), and B2B sectors.

The interactive sessions and expert insights will cover foundational understanding of AI, through to practical applications that can transform marketing strategies and the customer experience.

Attendees can expect to gain insights into real-life applications of AI in strategy, analysis, and optimisation, alongside frameworks to advocate for AI-driven transformation within their organisations.

AI and marketing experts from Coca-Cola, Zappos, GenerativeAI.net, Decathlon, and more, will coach attendees to tackle their unique AI challenges.

Key sessions include an exploration of AI’s role in marketing by Martin Musiol, practical tips from Andrei Ungureanu on using generative AI to enhance user centricity and creativity, and insights from Alex Genov on understanding customers as individuals to build long-term loyalty.

The event will also highlight strategies for improving retail operations through AI partnerships, with insights from Managing Director at BT Division X, Alex Foster.

Participants will leave with a comprehensive action plan, tailored to their users’ needs, encompassing a selection of cost-effective tools to streamline operations, enhance customer retention, and improve new business acquisitions.
