CrowdStrike and AWS launch Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator for EMEA startups

CrowdStrike, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has unveiled 22 EMEA-based startups selected for their joint Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator.
These startups, chosen from a vast pool of applicants, will benefit from mentorship, technical expertise, partnership opportunities, and potential funding through CrowdStrike’s Falcon Fund.
Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, said: “We are thrilled to partner with AWS to share tech expertise, best practices, and business-critical resources for the next-generation of cybersecurity innovators building on AWS and the Falcon platform.”
The accelerator offers a 10-week, equity-free programme, providing the cohort with resources such as office hours with industry experts, access to global investors, and up to £19,800 ($25,000) in AWS Activate Credits.
The program will culminate in a Demo Day at RSA Conference 2024 in San Francisco, where an innovation award winner will be announced.
Kellen O’Connor, EMEA Managing Director for Startups at AWS, highlighted the significance of the program: “With the accelerator program providing access to cutting edge AI, cybersecurity experts, technical resources and AWS’ reliable infrastructure, it will empower the startups to scale up while driving innovation in cybersecurity forward.”
