Celnor Group acquires majority share of Assurity Consulting

Assurity Consulting, a workplace compliance consultancy in the UK, has announced a significant development in its ownership structure.

Celnor Group, specialising in testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC), has acquired a majority share of Assurity Consulting.

This new partnership is set to provide long-term stability, additional investment, and expanded opportunities for business growth, while maintaining Assurity Consulting’s operational independence.

Paul Foxcroft, Managing Director at Assurity Consulting, said: “From investment in new technology and employee training, to support for innovation in anticipation of customer needs, it will provide a platform for our future success.”

Foxcroft highlighted the advantages of investment, including employee training, as well as support for innovation to meet customer needs.

The acquisition ensures that Assurity Consulting will continue to operate with its existing culture and values, maintaining its position as a trusted partner for its customers.

Additionally, accredited site and laboratory testing, inspections, reports, processes, billing, services, and terms of business will continue as before.

The current directors of Assurity Consulting will remain with the business, aiding in the development of a new management team from within the existing company structure.
