Brillio has announced a collaboration with Microsoft to develop solutions using the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
These solutions will be made available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and are expected to help organisations in sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, retail, and financial services to innovate and transform their business models.
The partnership between Brillio and Microsoft, which dates back to Brillio’s establishment in 2014, has aimed to support Fortune 1000 companies with digital-first strategies.
Brillio is set to incorporate the Azure OpenAI Service into its existing suite of AI solutions, enhancing processes such as claims processing, intelligent search, and financial modelling.
Raj Mamodia, CEO of Brillio, said: “Our 360-degree collaboration with Microsoft reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and client value creation. With our specialised digital capabilities and focus, we aim to lead the way in delivering generative AI-driven transformations at scale.”
In line with these developments, Brillio is preparing to launch a virtual assistant powered by large language models (LLMs) to enhance customer service across different industries. Additionally, an AI-enabled business intelligence solution that allows for real-time business insights through natural language processing is also underway.
Jim Lee, Vice President at Microsoft, said: “We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Brillio as they deliver the full value of GenAI and uphold our shared commitment to customer success.”
These upcoming AI solutions from Brillio are anticipated to improve customer service and offer immediate business insights.
