AFL acquires Forza Telecom to bolster wireless solutions in major sports venues

Fiber optic services provider AFL has acquired of Forza Telecom, operating as DGP (DAS Group Professionals).
Forza is a provider of turnkey service and solutions based in Walnut Creek, California.
This move significantly expands AFL’s portfolio, introducing specialised Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) capabilities for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Enhancing Wireless Networking and Geographic Presence
Established in 2010, Forza Telecom delivers state-of-the-art DAS installations in some of North America’s largest sports venues.
This acquisition is set to enhance AFL’s existing position in wireless networking for sports venues in the US, particularly in the West and Southwest, while also expanding Forza Telecom’s reach into the Southeast region.
Seneca Mullins, President of AFL’s US Services, said: “Our combined expertise and capabilities will drive our ability to provide a more comprehensive, full-service solution that includes monitoring and maintenance and serves a wide range of customers.”
The acquisition will integrate Forza Telecom’s strengths in RF design, large-scale installation, and maintenance services with AFL’s existing wireless service portfolio.

Forza Telecom will become part of the AFL US Services’ Division under the leadership of Seneca Mullins. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
