Europe’s Technology Leaders Gather for Tech Show Paris 2025

Tech Show Paris 2025, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles on 5–6 November, brought together over 7,900 professionals for two days of policy discussion, peer collaboration, and cutting-edge technology insight.
With 310+ exhibitors, 50+ partners, and 340+ speakers delivering 150+ conference sessions, the event once again united Europe’s leading digital industries under one roof: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Data & AI Leaders Summit, and Data Centre World.
More than 1,660 pre-booked meetings on the Connect at Tech Show Paris platform underscored the appetite for collaboration between enterprises, public agencies, and solution providers. High visitor participation across theatres reaffirmed Tech Show Paris’s growing role as a platform for responsible AI, digital sovereignty, and sustainable innovation.
Three themes dominated the two-day agenda:

Mainstage: Responsibility Meets Sovereignty
From ethical AI to sovereign infrastructure, the Mainstage explored how Europe can rebuild digital trust while driving growth in an AI-driven economy.
In “AI with a Mission: How CEOs Are Building Responsible Digital,” leaders debated the infrastructure choices behind responsible, sustainable, and sovereign AI. Yves Del Frate (Institut CSA) warned that Europe risks remaining a “digital colony” without home-grown capability.
Samir Amellal (France Travail) argued that France’s partnership with Mistral AI proves sovereign ecosystems are achievable when governments and enterprises invest for the long term.
Owen Lagadec-Iriarte (Tech Pays Basque) asked leaders pointedly, “How many euros are you willing to forgo for an ethical decision?”
Other standout sessions included Roxanne Varza (Station F) on anchoring innovation through inclusive ecosystems, and Antoine Bosselut, Professor at EPFL & Swiss AI, presenting “Democratising Open and Compliant LLMs for Global Language Environments.”
Government participation featured throughout the programme, with representatives from the Assemblée Nationale, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, and the French Federation of Cybersecurity joining debates on regulation, resilience, and sovereignty.
Practical Progress on the Front Lines of Tech
Cloud & AI Infrastructure
Sessions such as “Trusted Cloud: Security, Compliance and Technology Independence” examined how cloud strategy underpins sovereignty for public and regulated sectors. Speakers from NumSpot, DINUM, OVHcloud, and Scaleway highlighted compliance frameworks and energy-efficient architectures enabling AI at scale.
DevOps Live
Hands-on peer-to-peer sessions demonstrated how FinOps logic is transforming delivery pipelines. “FinOps and DevOps: Cost-Driven Development in a Cloud-Economic World” showed how teams align speed and cost control, with contributions from LinuxFR, Air France and ENGIE Digital.
Cloud & Cyber Security Expo
Panels including “Cybersecurity and Geopolitics: Defending in a Fragmented World”, explored the intersection of national defence and digital risk. The show also hosted the 2025 Trophées de la Cybersécurité, honouring innovation and excellence across the sector.

Special mentions went to Reemo for Cloud Security innovation and DarkFindR for Emerging Tech. The ceremony, organised with the Fédération Française de la Cybersécurité, drew crowds and highlighted France’s growing leadership in digital trust and sovereignty.
Data & AI Leaders Summit
“From Data to People: Inclusive AI for Healthcare, Finance and the Public Sector” showcased real-world inclusion, Tech with Women, WOMEN IN TECH, Roche, ONU Femmes France, Bpifrance.
Other sessions examined the EU AI Act’s readiness requirements and the balance between automation and transparency.
Data Centre World
Europe’s physical backbone took focus, from cooling innovations to workforce development. “Revolutionising Cooling Systems and Reusing Waste Heat” revealed how Stulz, ECOLOGIC, OCP & Impleon, Carrier France SCS, and Digital Realty en France, and Les Fermes Ionaka are driving circular energy models.
In the session “The New Equation for AI Infrastructure,” Nat Ives, Director Enterprise France at NVIDIA, joined Patrick Marty (Theia Energy), Cyril Fakiri (Lenovo France), Séverine Hanauer (Vertiv), and Samir Guemmoud (EAE France) to explore how compute density and AI workloads are transforming data-centre architecture.
Women & Diversity in Tech: Leadership and Legacy
Now in its third year, the Women & Diversity in Tech programme expanded its influence with the Ambassador initiative, empowering professionals who champion equity across digital industries.
The programme culminated with a networking cocktail sponsored by Crédit Agricole, where ambassadors, executives, and partners celebrated progress on diversity and inclusion across European tech.
Why It Matters
Tech Show Paris 2025 demonstrated the scale and maturity of Europe’s technology ecosystem: a community now defining its own rules for sustainable growth, secure AI, and digital sovereignty.
With government leaders, global enterprises, start-ups, and research pioneers all under one roof, the event marked a turning point: Europe is no longer asking if it can compete globally, but how it can lead responsibly.
