DevOps Live Paris 2023 Fosters Collaboration and Efficiency in the Technology Community

CloserStill Media’s DevOps Live Paris 2023 brought together a diverse group of experts and practitioners to explore the latest trends and practices in DevOps.

DevSecOps, cloud-native DevOps, Kubernetes, and the impact of cloud technology on the workforce were key focuses of the event.

DevOps Live Paris is part of Tech Show Paris, which brings together five leading events, including Cloud Expo Europe Paris, DevOps Live Paris, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Data & AI Leaders’ Summit Paris, and Data Centre World Paris.

Innovative Approaches and Collaborative Cultures

The event was highlighted by a keynote from BNP Paribas on implementing DevSecOps, as well as a panel on the future of cloud-native DevOps with insights from Meilleurtaux, Galeries Lafayette, and EDB.

ADEO Services discussed the workforce changes due to cloud technology, while other panels explored fostering a culture of collaboration and the essential tools for scaling DevOps processes.

A panel discussion on the key tools for improving DevOps processes at scale was also a key highlight of the show, featuring speakers from BPI France, Accor, and Spectrum Group.

Lionel Chaine from BPI France shared his perspective on the value of the event: ” I think it is important to share our experiences because learning from each other is enriching. We wanted to share what we do and grow our community … the key elements of the show are meeting, sharing and experiences.”

Exhibitor Showcase and Strategic Collaborations

Top exhibitors like GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian Spectrum Group, Delphix, and Splunk showcased their latest solutions. Almost 4,000 leads were generated for exhibitors at the event.

Partnerships with platforms like developezz.com facilitated broader industry collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Engagement from Industry Leaders

The summit attracted VIP visitors from prominent companies such as TF1, Comite International De La Croix-Rouge, Carrefour, EDF, and Renault, underscoring its relevance to industry decision-makers.

The diverse audience, including a significant number of CIOs (34%), DevOps experts (18%), and Heads of Architecture (17%) reflected the event’s role as a crucial gathering for sharing insights and best practices. A large majority of visitors (74%) had influence over purchasing decisions, and almost half were end-users.

DevOps Live Paris served as a catalyst for discussions on enhancing operational efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within the DevOps community, setting the stage for future advancements in the field.

The 2024 program promises to delve into AI/MLOps and other cutting-edge developments, continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the DevOps space.
