Simplifying the Edge will clarify how to satisfy the needs of increased local data traffic, at the same time positively impacting environmental outcomes towards net-zero. It will offer a solid business case for the early adoption of future-proof and sustainable edge technologies at the IT and infrastructure layers.

“We aim to try and answer the two big questions of edge computing,” says David Craig, CEO, Iceotope Technologies. “Firstly, to avoid the carbon impact associated with the volume of data processing being driven to the edge, how do we ensure edge computing is green from the get-go.
