Ms. Stoneham is a general management, marketing and digital leader with a successful track record in improving P&Ls to optimise shareholder value. Her expertise is in creating and articulating a clear brand vision and customer-centric omni-channel strategies that have led to successfully launching, building and revitalising brands Her experience spans a broad range of sectors including: retail, telecommunications, packaged goods, technology, fashion, beauty, airline, QSR, and pharmaceutical. Ms. Stoneham was most recently Senior Vice President, Marketing Chico’s in Fort Myers, Florida. She now works as a consultant for Chico’s from her hometown, Toronto, Canada. Chico’s FAS, Inc. is a cultivator of brands serving the lifestyle needs of fashion-savvy women 30 years and older. The brand portfolio currently consists of four brands: Chico’s, White House Black Market, Soma and TellTale. The Chico’s FAS brands are all specialty retailers of private label women’s apparel, accessories and related products. Currently, operating 1,518 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as a strong ecommerce business. Prior to joining Chico’s in 2016, Ms. Stoneham was Senior Vice President, Marketing, Shoppers Drug Mart, licensor of more than 1,300 full-service drug stores across Canada, with $11.1 billion in sales, as well as 57 medical clinic pharmacies, and six luxury beauty destinations operating as Murale Ms. Stoneham serves as Director of the Global Retail Marketing Association (GRMA), Vividata Board (formerly PMB and NadBank) and Chico’s FAS Philanthropy.
