I am Professor of Search and Analytics at the Information School, University of Sheffield, UK. I also work part-time as Data Scientist for Peak Indicators, a Business Intelligence and Analytics company based in Chesterfield, UK. Previously, I was head of the Information Retrieval (IR) Group at Sheffield, Director of Research for the Information School and Coordinator of our MSc Data Science programme.
