Neil had a long and successful career at Royal Mail operating at board level with an outstanding track record in leading and transforming organisational, team and individual performance. He has extensive experience of operating both in executive and non-executive roles with organisations of all sizes, in the private, public and not for profit sectors.
Although he continued to work with various CEO’s of private organisations to successfully design and deliver Business Development strategies and transformational change across a broad range of issues, more of his time was devoted to working with charities, using his commercial experience to help them deliver their aims and objectives in what was a very challenging economic, political and social environment. Charities he has worked with include Barnardo’s, Cystic Fibrosis, Save the Children, Action for M.E and Acorns Children’s Hospice.
He is now CEO of Safeline, a Warwick based charity that exists to prevent sexual abuse and rape and support those affected by it. Last year, the charity was honored with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award a voluntary group can receive in the UK.
