Mark Williams is Managing Director EMEA at WorkJam, the world leader in digital frontline operations platforms. He works very closely with some of the UK’s biggest brands, including M&S and Co-op, helping them to drive productivity amongst their workforce. Mark is an experienced leader with an extensive career, including 14 years at Shell, where he was responsible for executing frontline enablement strategies.
