Koen Vanderhoydonck

Koen Vanderhoydonk, Director, heads Euroclear’s Operational Client Experience department part of the Communication, Marketing & CSR division. His responsibilities cover digital transformation, operational content marketing, editorial- and translation services. He is responsible for MyEuroclear, the operational website covering e-Learning, digital user experience, customer journeys and Tone of Voice.

Furthermore, Mr Vanderhoydonk is part of the Digital Customer Experience management team. He has 15 years of experience with Euroclear. For several years he headed the account management and client relationship team covering all Euroclear Bank clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Central Europe.

Prior to his current role, he was general manager of a Belgian online bank delivering innovative banking solutions to financial institutions in the Benelux. He worked for a consulting firm assisting Fintech and startups. He co-founded the Financial Think Tank in Belgium in 2014
