Frank is a Cyber Security & PKI Specialist, who has been responsible for integrating and protecting global mission critical assets. His pledge is to help secure modern society and protect our freedoms in cyberspace. Frank is a proven technologist with US Department of Defense and NATO interoperability and integration. His expertise includes C2 Systems, Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP) support, encryption, and Defense-In-Depth cyber security engineering.

Frank is also an authorized ISACA trainer / organization and teaches CSX Practitioner, CISM, and CISSP. He shares ISACA’s commitment to helping build a stronger cyber workforce.

Frank has a formal Information Technology Security/Assurance/Cyber Security ducation, having obtained his Master’s Degree from George Mason University, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Frank is a passionate about increasing opportunities for women and the underrepresented in technology. He founded Hip Hop Leaders a 501c3 California non-profit organization as a means to this end.
