Frank is a former banker, management consultant, turned entrepreneur and Social Selling Advocate. For 7 years Frank has successfully worked in sales and client management at UBS and Oliver Wyman where he identified a big problem within the financial services industry: The customer experience is the single most important element of a client/advisor relationship. However, 71% of clients perceive that advisors are failing to deliver this! Frank decided to leave his career in the City and built a pioneering social selling platform called NETZ to help advisors improve client relationships, convert more prospects, foster customer loyalty and generate more targeted leads. Frank completed his Masters in International Management from ESCP European School of Management in 2008, and speaks three languages.
