Eddy joined ServiceNow in 2013 and was one of the first to kick-start the North Asia Solutions Consulting practice. He has over 20 years of IT consulting, project management experience since his first job with IBM Global Technology Services. Prior to ServiceNow, he also worked in software vendors including BMC and HP on regional roles focusing on IT Management discipline and driving IT transformation discussions. He is ITIL v3, PMP and CISA Certified.
