Dr Elaine Garcia is based within the UK and regularly works throughout Europe. She has worked within the education sector for over 20 years and holds a PhD from the University of Plymouth School of Management. She teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the areas of information systems, social media, marketing, operations management and research methods. She also supervises a number of postgraduate dissertations each year across a wide range of topics. Active researcher and speaker, she has authored over 20 journal papers, conference papers and book chapters. Research interests include teaching and learning, the use of technology within teaching and learning and business, social media and artificial intelligence within business.
