Chris Williams is a senior technology executive with 20 years of strong technical and leadership experience, across both commercial and government markets. Vice President of the Alliance IPA Group focused on the building, training, and promotion of open source centred cloud infrastructure, platform and application (IPA) solutions. An avid supporter and contributor to the open source community, Mr Williams is the community organizer within the US for OpenStack Richmond VA, OpenStack Baltimore MD, Docker Richmond VA, and Docker Baltimore MD community groups.
