Chloe Jian Ma is a senior director of cloud marketing at Mellanox Technologies, responsible for driving awareness, thought leadership and adoption of Mellanox cloud, SDN/NFV and Open Composable Networks solutions for open and efficient cloud build-out. She is passionate about network and cloud technology transformation to new architectures based on open source software and open-design hardware.
Chloe’s technical background spans networking, telecom and enterprise hardware and software with over 15 years of experience in engineering and business leadership roles in renowned companies including Cisco Systems, Huawei Technologies and Juniper Networks. She is a thought leader, evangelist of new technology directions with clear vision of where the industry is heading toward. She is a frequent speaker at OPNFV Summit, OpenStack Summit, CloudExpo, Light Reading’s Big Telecom/Communications Event, Carrier White Box event, Future of Cable Business Services etc. on the topics of cloud, SDN/NFV, and open networking. She also frequently contribute articles to Light Reading, SDxCentral, EETimes, and on Mellanox and Juniper’s blog forums.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, an MSEE from the University of Southern California, and a BS, Electronics from Peking University, Beijing, China.
