Alison has been in the hospitality business over 25 years in various roles. Leaving her Yorkshire roots and moving to London and starting out as a chef in one of London’s largest hotel chains. Also working within some independent restaurants and well know land mark buildings in London.

Over the years she has continued to study and moved into a management role and worked once again in hotels with a move to the contract catering business in 1991.Since then holding held various general and group manager roles and finally moving away from the contract base role to a central support role for the Restaurant Associates business in the last 5 years.
