About

The HYPERCAT Alliance is a wholly independent (not-for-profit) subsidiary of BSI Group.

It is an inclusive global marketplace and one-stop shop of best practice IoT implementation through the (joint development and) sharing of knowledge, leadership, research and innovation of processes, standards and applications excellence.

With more than 1,000 leading IoT industry members with a passion for everything smart from 47 countries, promoting security and interoperability across Internet of Things (IoT).

The HYPERCAT Alliance was established with £20m of funding from UK government and industry developing internationally applicable standards (http://bit.ly/2cukQVt) and has developed collaborations with other SDOs including W3C, OCF and IIC. These standards are mandated in £50m of Smart City & Smart Healthcare programmes in the UK (www.hypercat.io).
